Adding the Vedi Pet Passport

How to add the Vedi Pet Passport to your digital wallet:

1. Access your latest Vedi digital vaccination certificate. It should be in your email inbox once your pet has received their latest vaccination through a Vedi-connected clinic.
2. Tap on 'Add to wallet'
3. Click ‘Add’ on the top right corner, and the card will be instantly added to your digital wallet.

What if nothing happens when I click 'Add to wallet'?

If clicking the Add to wallet button doesn't trigger any action, it's likely that your device or browser is blocking pop-ups.

1. How to fix it on Apple (iOS) devices:

• Open your device's settings
• Scroll down and tap Safari (or the browser that you're using: Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
• Look for the Block Pop-ups option
• Make sure it is switched off (i.e., pop-ups are allowed)

Once pop-ups are enabled, try clicking 'Add to wallet' from your digital vaccination certificate again.

2. How to allow pop-ups on Android:

For Chrome:

• Open the Chrome app
• Tap the three dots (top-right), then on 'Settings'
• Tap Site settings, then 'Pop-ups and redirects'
• Make sure it is set to 'Allowed'

For Samsung Internet:

• Open the Samsung Internet app
• Tap on the menu icon, then on 'Settings'
• Tap 'Sites and downloads'
• Toggle off 'Block pop-ups'

Once pop-ups are enabled, return to your vaccination certificate and try the 'Add to wallet' button again.

• Open your browser's settings or preferences
• Navigate to the 'Privacy', 'Security' or 'Site settings' section
• Find the 'pop-ups and redirects' setting
