Register a microchip on the app.
- Make sure patients have been checked-in on arrival.
- Make sure all the patient’s details are up to date in your PIMS.
- Select patient profile from the Active Patient List in the Vedi app.
- Tap + button and select Microchip Registration.
- Confirm all details in pre-filled form are correct and tap the → proceed arrow.
- Read disclaimer and tap the → proceed arrow.
- Sign & Submit by tapping the ✔ button and using your PIN.
Register a microchip on the portal.
- Make sure patients have been checked-in on arrival.
- Make sure all the patient’s details are up to date in your PIMS.
- Select patient profile from the Active Patient List in the Vedi app.
- Scroll down to Patient Overview section and click Register Patient button.
- Confirm all details in pre-filled form are correct by clicking the Next button.
- Read Declaration and click the Next button.
- Sign & Submit by entering your PIN and clicking the Next button to complete registration.
Once you sign and submit.
- The owner will be emailed a digital ownership certificate and a link they can use to update their details.
