Connect your practice software to Vedi.

Select your practice software title below to view the setup guidance.

ezyVet



ezyVet Settings

Log in to ezyVet and click 'Admin'.
Change the 'Products' dropdown menu to 'Integrations'.
Select 'API Partner' in the first integration box.
Under the partner tab, select 'Vedi'.
Check all the boxes and click 'Save'.

Vedi Integration

Firstly, select ezyVet in the Vedi portal integration settings. https://portal.au.vedi.io/integrations/pims

Download the credential API file from ezyVet.

Log in to ezyVet and go to 'Admin'.
Change the 'Products' dropdown menu to 'Integrations'.
Search for Vedi.
Download the credentials as a text file.
Upload into Vedi.

Covetrus Ascend & RxWorks



Covetrus Settings

The Covetrus Integration Enrolment form was automatically initiated on your behalf if you completed a signup previously. You will have been cc'd on the request to Covetrus.
If not, please complete the Covetrus Integration Enrolment form as quickly as possible to avoid delays. Covetrus then provides integration information to you and Vedi via email.
Complete the Covetrus Integration Enrolment form here.

Vedi Integration

Firslty, select Covetrus in the Vedi portal integration settings.

Enter the integration details provided by Covetrus.

OpenVPMS



OpenVPMS Settings

Click here to download the OpenVPMS plugin.
Install the plugin in OpenVPMS
(Admin > System > Plugins > Install Plugins).
Next, setup a user account and password for Vedi. This is so that all patient records created by Vedi in OpenVPMS are tagged as such.

Vedi Integration

Firstly, select OpenVPMS in the Vedi portal integration settings.https://portal.au.vedi.io/integrations/pims

Enter the Username and Password created in OpenVPMS for Vedi, then complete the rest of the form fields.

Petbooqz



Petbooqz Settings

Petbooqz need to provide you with your integration details.

Please contact them and include our support email (support@vedi.io) in the email.



VetlinkPRO Settings

Contact tech@vetlinkpro.com to request the following details:
• Username
• Password
• HostUrl
• ClinicKey

Vedi Integration

Firstly, select VetlinkPRO in the Vedi portal integration settings.https://portal.au.vedi.io/integrations/pims

Enter the details that you receive from VetlinkPRO.

Test your connection

Scan a known patient and check the result.

Pet's Name appears → you're connected
UNKNOWN → integration issue, contact Vedi support
NOT FOUND → pet's microchip isn't in the PIMS record yet, add them and resync


