Details

• Update business names, ABNs, display names
• Ensure contact details are accurate – these are customer facing on certificates

Branding

• Upload your practice logo
• It appears on all vaccination certificates sent to pet owners
• Until you add it, certificates go out with the Vedi logo

Medical

• Review your vaccination protocol by species,
• Vedi pre-populates standard protocols, defaulted to WSAVA guidelines
• Confirm they match how your practice works

PIMS mappings

• If using vaccination URL or Check-in features, confirm your mappings are correct here
